Anyway , this is my half of an art trade with shadowdragon252 on dA The reason i did a water shyfter is because i was listening to Lugia's song from that pokemon movie , and it made me draw water it! i strongly recommend it! the end of the song is soo pretty.. the whole thing has me in shivers.
